This program calculates your target heart rate ranges for:

  • Overall THR: 50% to 90% of maximum heart rate
  • Low intensity: 50% to 64% of maximum heart rate
  • Moderate intensity: 65% to 79% of maximum heart rate
  • High intensity: 80% to 90% of maximum heart rate
